In Stores: True Crime: New York City

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) - Expect a crime wave in New York City this fall. That is, a virtual one -- with the introduction of the upcoming title "True Crime: New York City."
The Activision title claims to have the most authentic depiction of the Big Apple in a video game.
The streets are accurate as a global positioning system -- and feature real-life things like subways, landmarks and real neighborhoods like Harlem, Chinatown and Times Square.
Of course, the "crime" part of the title is replicated accurately as well -- in that players take on the role of Marcus Reed, a former gang member turned cop. The title won't be rated until closer to its release date.
That's So New York
